Fetch.AI continues to expand and we are excited to welcome Diarmid to our team. Diarmid learnt to program computers when he was eight years old and gained a bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College, London. He has been developing commercial software for more than 20 years, primarily in the video games industry.
In 2000 he led the game programming team on the worldwide bestselling title, The Thing. He then moved to Sony where he built up a research group developing computer vision algorithms, which formed the basis of a number of internationally successful augmented reality PlayStation games.
More recently, Diarmid developed a video game for the University of Cambridge, teaching electric circuit design to teenagers. Diarmid is motivated by a desire to make amazing things that people value.
Diarmid joins our Multi-Agent Team and we are delighted to have him on board.
