Highlight of the week

Launch of the mainnet ?

There has been a lot going on this week, but there is only really one story in town: the release of the mainnet.

It is the culmination of more than two years of hard work by our world class team. Together, we’re developing the AI solutions to deliver the intelligent connectivity of the future economy.

CTO Toby Simpson expanded upon this theme in his article, which describes some of the many things you can now accomplish on the network.

We also published a more technical article which outlines the innovations featured in the release.

Mainnet AMA

On Tuesday CEO Humayun Sheikh and CTO Toby Simpson took part in another AMA. They discussed a number of topics, including our mainnet launch, our plans to generate revenue next year through commercial deployment and how our technology will shape the future economy. Watch the full interview.

Next round of the staking program

More $FET tokens were staked in our third staking auction on Tuesday than ever before ?

In total almost 157 million FET tokens were staked, which is equivalent to more than 46% of the current circulating supply. Congratulations to everyone who participated.

How autonomous agents use machine learning agents work autonomously to solve complex problems by sharing knowledge across the network. Find out how they do this by using AI and machine learning to negotiate and complete transactions.

Upcoming events

Blockchain for Europe Summit (EU Parliament, Brussels, 5 February 2020)

As part of Blockchain for Europe association we are co-organizing and participating at this summit held at the European Parliament. We’ll be joined by European policymakers and other business leaders to discuss decentralization, tokenization and the benefits blockchain technology can bring to society.

We hope you can join us at this public event too. Read the program and register now.
