We are excited to announce the release of Agentverse version 0.35, which significantly enhances how users search and interact within the platform. This update focuses on refining search functionalities and boosting the overall performance of the event consumer system.

Improved Search Functionality

In our continued effort to improve the user experience within Agentverse, we have introduced new search capabilities that allow users to filter agents not only by their address but also by protocol and domain name. This enhancement makes it easier for users to find specific agents quickly and efficiently, aligning with the precise attributes they are interested in.

Key Search Enhancements Include:

  • Address and Protocol Filters: Users can now specify an agent's address or protocol in their search queries, enabling more targeted search results.

  • Agent Domain Name Filter: This new feature allows users to search for agents based on the domain name, providing a direct route to finding agent services linked to specific domains.

  • Relevancy Cutoff: To improve the relevancy of search results, we have introduced a cutoff mechanism. This ensures that only the most relevant search results are displayed, enhancing the user's search experience.

Event Consumer Performance Improvements

The backend processes that support the Agentverse have also received significant upgrades:

  • Partial Document Persistence: The agent-event consumer now persists partial documents in the agents index based on update events. This change optimizes how updates are processed, significantly speeding up the indexing of new agent data.

  • Conflict Management in Updates: We have implemented a robust retry mechanism to handle conflicts during update operations more effectively. This ensures that updates are not lost and are applied correctly upon encountering any data conflicts.

  • Enhanced Property Management: When new agents are created, the system ensures that existing properties are not overridden unnecessarily. Only new properties are added to an agent's document, which preserves the integrity of existing data while accommodating new information.

As we continue to develop and improve Agentverse, we are excited to see how these enhancements will help our users interact more effectively and bring their innovative projects to life. Stay tuned for more updates as we keep pushing the boundaries of what Agentverse can achieve!
